Lily Bloom starts her life over in Boston where she meets a handsome man who sweeps her off her feet, but cracks soon start to appear in their seemingly perfect life.

It Ends With Us is a toxic romance that showcases how hurt people, hurt people. Dual timelines are used to draw parallels between the past and present, highlighting the gaslighting, trauma and abuse patterns Lily is hoping to break free from. The cast does a fantastic job, and the antagonist is particularly convincing as a suave smooth-talker trying but failing to hide his demons. Even when things get dark, there's a bittersweet note of hopefulness threaded throughout this production that gives the audience something to cling to. Be as strong as an oak tree.
